Financial Policy


Payment is expected at time of service. If you have insurance you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan. For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer several payment options:

  • Cash
  • Personal Check
  • Credit Card
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express 
  • Care Credit is offered for large treatment plans.


As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. We do our best to estimate your portion, however please be aware that most dental insurances do not cover all dental costs. Most plans have deductibles, co-payments, and other non-covered expenses which must be paid at time of service. Please review your specific dental benefits before your appointment, as benefits vary from plan to plan. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within 30 days.
